Hmm - actually most countries want sovereignty. So the US very much wants to keep data centers here and the Trump admin is really pushing for that. That said, there is already a ton of global data center work by hyperscalers and OpenAI - there is Stargate Norway and one coming in India; tons of data center work in the middle east, etc
